2013 Wedding Favorites | Charleston Wedding Photographer

Ah, where to begin?! So much to be grateful for in the new year and regarding the last. Heartfelt gratitude to the couples and families I had the pleasure of working with in twenty-thirteen. Hope you enjoy this recap of some of my wedding favorites — fun, beauty and bliss throughout the Carolinas.

Although I strive to make photographs to remind people how everything looked at each couple’s wedding, my real hope is that these images will enable clients, their families, their friends — even the occasional stranger — to understand how it felt to experience their wedding day. Hopefulness, anticipation, nervousness, nostalgia, hilarity, tenderness, gratitude, relief. And that’s just the beginning. Cheers, y’all!

Well done, everyone! From the fun-loving couples and their families and best people, to the hair and makeup magicians, planners, designers, caterers, florists, musicians, bartenders, bakers and drivers of cars, carriages, boats, trolleys and golf carts. Kudos! Let’s make more merriment in 2014. If you smile at momentous, authentic photography, I hope you’ll “like” this post and encourage your friends to reach out when they are researching wedding photographers. I’d love to meet them!
