Charleston Destination Wedding | Adrienne & Steve

These two had such a great wedding day with their sweet families and fun-loving friends. From the beach house to the downtown church and back to the ‘burbs for a creekside wedding reception, it was all pretty wonderful. Adrienne and Steve live in the other Carolina and enlisted Charming Events to orchestrate their Charleston destination wedding. The ceremony was held at Bethel United Methodist Church, where the Plantation Singers surprised everyone with festive a capella tunes as guests filed out of the church. Adrienne found her lovely Allure gown at Classic Bride in Cornelius, NC, and Ash & Co. finessed her hair and makeup. For something blue, the guys donned blue ties and Adrienne wore Cinderella-sized Badgley Mischkas beneath a perfect cerulean sky. Delectable cupcakes by Glazed Gourmet, dance tunes galore by DJ Jeff King, and my husband recruited his friend to captain the getaway transportation since Adrienne wanted to leave the Creek Club at I’On reception by boat.
