Faceless Friday #14 | Lowndes Grove River House Newlyweds

I didn’t post a Faceless Friday shot last week because we were away on spring break. (However, my daughter reminded me while we were there, looking at some aquarium pics on my camera’s LCD. She voted for the silhouette/jellyfish one of my cute kids, but it lives on in the field trip blog post.)

I’m charging batteries and clearing cards for tomorrow’s wedding, and I had a Zack Arias workshop streaming via CreativeLive. Zack has several key items on his checklist for a good photo, and one technique is using a frame within a frame. Like these trees.

Ben and Colleen had a magnificent wedding day despite all the weather forecasts calling for buckets of rain, hail and tornado watches. I like this shot of them ambling back from our mini-portrait session by the Ashley River. Like most newlyweds, they were ready to get back to the fun at the Lowndes Grove River House. What a perfect storm-free wedding day!
