Rebecca and Dave were some of my first wedding photography clients. I’ll always remember their wedding day, especially the band leading us for the short walk from Mount Pleasant Presbyterian Church to a reception at the Old Village Post House, which recently closed after a long run.

It’s always a treat to see my wedding clients as they begin adding branches to their family tree. Because this crew lives in town, we schedule their Charleston family photography session each year. This afternoon in the park might have been our best yet! One reason I book hour-long sessions is because I’ve found kids treat it more like a field trip and less like smile-or-else torture if we let them do kid stuff during our time together.
