Kendall + Robby | Old Village Wedding

This handsome couple lives in Southampton, New York, so we didn’t have the pleasure of shooting an engagement session or bridals prior to their wedding weekend. I photographed the rehearsal party at the Carolina Yacht Club the night before the wedding, and the heartfelt toasts gave me a glimpse into why Kendall and Robby make such a great couple. Surrounded by their fun and loving families, lots of buddies from Davidson College and a special celebratory visit by their dog King, Kendall and Robby shared a perfect wedding day in Mount Pleasant.

The girls prepped at the Old Village Post House Inn and donned watermelon frocks by Kay Unger before heading down the street to Mt. Pleasant Presbyterian Church. Carolina Floral Creations used lots of stargazer lilies mingled with palm fronds in the bouquets and on the doors of the church. The reception was held at the Old Village Post House, where guests ambled between the upstairs buffet, starlit courtyard, tavern and dance floor where Super Deluxe ensured everyone had a blast. Congrats, Kendall and Robby. And a hug to your dapper dog!
